A Truly Inspiring Day with Adam at Paus

点评：I was lucky enough to win a raffle prize at the Christmas Sing Along — a day with Adam, the garden and meadow curator at Paus — and what a wonderful experience it was.
Adam was incredibly generous with his knowledge, happy to share his expertise whilst also listening to my own gardening experiences. He patiently answered questions and demonstrated techniques to help increase my understanding and confidence.
It was fascinating to learn about the ethos behind the vegetable garden, where produce is grown to supply the Hilltop Bistro. The focus on no-dig gardening, producing their own compost, and collecting seeds from plants left to naturally reseed was both inspiring and thought-provoking.
I left with a wealth of new knowledge, along with a lovely selection of young vegetable plants and seeds to take home. I thoroughly enjoyed my day — thank you, Paus.
