点评：My bf loves Macallan and after our visit he swore to never buy it again. We didn't have time to do a full tour but we made an appointment at the bar for drinks. We were sat at a table near the window even though the place was nearly empty. My bf asked which flight he should try and the waiter said "the most expensive one obviously"... he laughed but it came off super rude as that flight was like 15k pounds. He didn't seem interested in serving us at all and didn't ask my bf any questions about his pallet or what he likes or has tried before. Just said he's come back in 5 to take our order while we decide. We had one drink and then left. It's a shame because the place is gorgeous. But we felt the staff was not interested in serving us and the whole experience felt very pretentious. It was a real shame. Would not recommend to the average whisky drinker. Guess this place is only for the super rich.
