点评：Air insanity Rochester denied my son with leukodystrophy the ability to jump with assistance from my husband and me on the trampolines, making his experience more unsafe for lack of support. I cannot BELIEVE an establishment could be this blatantly anti-disability. They claimed we could sit on the side and assist him, but when we tried, it completely negated the ability to bounce. I have never felt more angry for my son. I tried to be reasonable, but they clearly don't even care to understand or accommodate. This wasn't actually about safety for the owner. It was about covering his own tail to appeal to the majority (we weren't bothering anyone. He was just afraid that everyone else would want to double jump and would fight him on it). He even said that he had to do away with special needs night they once had because too many people were angry and frustrated about the rigidity of the rules. So rather than accommodate--ON SPECIAL NEEDS NIGHT, WHICH WAS AFTER HOURS AND THEREFORE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC FOR THE EVENT--he just got rid of special needs night. Just unbelievable. We absolutely were doing what was best for our child with our knowledge of his needs based on his disability, but unfortunately the owner would not work with us so that our family of five could all enjoy the experience. We have been here multiple times and never experienced such complete rudeness. We will not be back and hope that others choose not to spend their time at a facility that will not accommodate children with unique needs.
