点评：It’s traditional in Crete in restaurants when the bill is asked for, to give a glass of Raki and a small sweet. These are presented with the bill as a gift from the restaurant.
There is only 1 restaurant in this small port and the setting is beautiful, right on the water surrounded by fishing boats. Food is nice enough mostly seafood, fish but they do burgers as well which is what I went for. Burger & chips and a small beer. I was asked if I wanted any salad and I said just a little.
I was given at the table bread and water, not asked for. My food arrived, no bun with the burger but was ok and the chips were nice.
When i had finished I asked for the bill. I expected a bill of 13€ approx for the burger and beer. But when it came I had been charged for the bread, salad and the water. 19€
It’s naughty and I think rather silly to do this, I won’t be back!
