点评:My parents (aged 65+) who always had a dream to visit Kerala booked a 6 day tour package to Kerala via Kerala Holidays. All was good the the team coordinated well but the trouble started when they assigned the "Driver SAJJID" who himself was a trouble. They landed in Trivandrum airport at around 10:30 at night and the driver was not at the pickup point(Flight arrived on time). They had to call him multiple times before he responded. Instead of helping the elderly with luggage he waved his hand from a long distance and signaled them to come to him. Dint know basic manners or basic English. No help with the luggage for the elderly. The driver pushed the seat so behind that there was no place for the passengers sitting behind him. The driver was continuously on the phone throughout the trip and was rude when asked him not to be on the phone on highways. Dint bother to pick the calls when my parents called him to pick them at the pickup point and asked them to come to parking lot( which is not how it works). Not at all interested in doing what he was supposed to do. Dint use A/C for the entire trip stating that the Ac doesn't work(We specifically asked for A/C car). The worst part is in one of the attractions my father got bit by a leech and was bleeding the driver dint bother to check what happened. My mother has to shout at him to stop at any medical shop to buy Cotton and Bandaid to stop the bleeding as requesting him dint work. Overall worst experience with the driver.
