Experience cancelled at short notice, no refund
UK9 Dogs Sports Centre的点评
点评：I had an extremely poor experience with UK Dog Sports Centre and I wouldn't recommend them.
I paid £180 for a bronze mushing experience for two, which was meant to be the main activity of a planned weekend away. The session was cancelled only a few days beforehand, after I had already arranged non-refundable travel and accommodation. Alternative dates were suggested, but given the disruption and expenses already incurred, I asked for a refund instead.
Despite repeated follow-ups and sending formal letters, no refund was provided and communication eventually ceased. I later became aware of several other reviews reporting similar problems with cancellations, refunds, and a lack of response.
It’s an appealing concept, but if anything changes, customer service and accountability are very poor. I would not recommend using this company.
