Road to Hana Tours的点评
点评：Did with my fiance using the guide along tour and a rental car. The road does get narrow at some point, but it is of good quality throughout (I was expecting worse based on some reviews).
The trip is amazing and worth saving a whole day for it to enjoy multiple stops. My personal favorites were the black sand beach and the pipiwai trail (even though it is quite long, the waterfall makes it worth it).
There are several nice fruit stands and food trucks along the road to grab a bite. The only caveat is they open later in the day (around 8-9ish) and some close early too. All the times we stopped for a bite/coffee/drink everyone was super friendly and welcoming and got some really good tips for the road.
The guided tour was also really nice, as on the way there it tells you about the stops and the trail. And then on the way back it actually tells about the Hawaiian history (tbh: it could very well be a tv show that I’d watch - much more interesting than Vikings).
