Christmas train; First in line, last to board with young kids. Seated the large groups first regardless of arrival time.

点评：Overall the Christmas train (Santa’s Candy Crossing night time train) was great and my kids (6 and 8) had a great time. But, we were not happy with how the experience began.
We arrived early at our car and were first in line to board with our family of four. It was super cold as well, so we were working hard to keep our kids distracted. More people began to arrive in line behind us and the workers were walking along gathering party numbers. The train pulled up and we were excited to board finally and they announced they were seating the large groups first because it was easier. So two groups of 11 boarded, followed by two groups of 8 and then a group of 7, all of who were at the end of the line. They then asked for the smaller groups to board and said hopefully there’s still seating together. We boarded and everything was full and my daughter was upset that we may have to sit separate. Staff did some rearranging and told some of the singles and doubles who were taking up seating together to group together, so we could sit together as a family, but it was still stressful to see the smaller groups not being sat together even though we all arrived first.
That being said, the workers and staff who were on the train did a great job and my kids enjoyed themselves once everything was sorted and our feet and hands defrosted.
