点评：Disappointing Experience on the Waterloo Dinner Train
We are a family of five and attended the Cherry Blossom Dinner on the Waterloo Dinner Train, expecting a memorable and enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but.
The event was poorly coordinated from the start. Despite being a family, we were split up — four at one table and one of us at a completely different table. I ended up seated with two couples and a single guest, while my husband was placed separately. We politely asked the event coordinator (Chelsey)to seat us together since there was an empty chair at another table with only three guests, and the guest at my table was attending alone. However, the coordinator was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to accommodate a very reasonable request.
For the nearly $1000 we spent for five people, the service was unacceptable. The food did not match the high price point, and the overall atmosphere was not what we were promised.
This was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and we would not recommend this event to others. Save your money and your time.
