Understand its taking us back to the yester year but with no maintenance either

点评：Firstly I would have to say finding the entrance could be very much made easier, the cafe stands out far more than the actual entrance. The price of entry certainly doesn't reflect what you get inside. $76 for 2 adults luckily the kids were free. Upon getting through reception we went to the first building having a child in the pusher it was lucky we were with friends as there hasn't been much maintenance done. Majority of the door either cannot be opened fully or if they can you need to force them open. Being a previous fire fighter a fire station is always worth a look and the young fella certainly likes a fire truck, well it was like a barn find just not in good condition covered in dust looking less and appealing and somewhat rank! The staff were nice and polite but there wasn't much happening within the village except to Rope Making, Butter Making, Horse Ride (Ben) & car ride. Maybe I was excepting way too much to compare it another facility like this in Ballarat. The Blacksmithing was well interesting to even get the attention of the staff member to get the kids a horse shoe (oh yes don't get fooled like me $8 for horse shoe if you want a name on it, its another $2).
Overall it was very underdone and we wont be going back again nor will we be recommending this place as it wasn't appealing. We enjoyed the day out as a family which was the goal of the day however the venue was less than acceptable.
There was some fairly considerable construction being undertaken in the facility with looked rather modern, so it will be interesting to see what that brings
