点评：This is one of the places where you can honestly see the lost potential.
The place is well maintained, grass is cut short and they have a decent play area for the children.
For fishing this is not a destination that you want to go to.
The dams are not in a state that you can fish, the top dam is so overgrown that no-one even tries, the bottom dam have one small area where you can try and cast, but every cast will result in heaps of weeds coming out.
Charging money for this is daylight robbery in my opinion. We went there on 21 March 2023 the person taking our money, specifically said when asked that the weeds that the dam is clean.
We were 2 adults and 2 children, I paid for fishing for all. Once we got there it was visibly clear that fishing is impossible. A children party that were happening had the kids in a state, and they decided to take matters in their own hands by using the landing nets to remove the weeds, they got massive amounts. The groundskeeper came and told me, who was sitting next to this group to tell the children they are scaring away the fish for the whole dam. Not my children not my group, not really bothering me as they are at least making a clearing where one can land a fish, should a bite happen. I did mention that the reason no one is catching have nothing to do with the children and everything with the fact that the dam is completely covered in weeds.
There are also a few jetties that allows you to walk into the water, for casting for bass. They are damaged and unsafe; some is inaccessible as they are broken and laying in the water. So yes facilities around the dam is decent, anything related to fishing and the dam is a no-go.
If you want to picknick next to the water, without fishing and willing to part with more money than reserves with animals’ charge, it might be ok. If you want to fish, please stay away unless you want to experience catching loads of weeds on every cast.
