点评:My daughter went here with her boyfriend to see Sinners. They are 17 and 18 and have been to the movies alone before. Rachel, taking the tickets told me on the phone if I drove back home to Avondale to get my daughters ID and my daughter download an app and add the ID she could get in. Complete foolishness! Considering the movie would've been over by then. The kids last day of high school was on this day so my daughter got emotional and started crying. I can hear Rachel laughing at my child. What confirmed it was when she said, I'm sorry I didn't mean to laugh. She not only made them miss the movie, she hurt my child's feelings. Rachel acted like a Manager and was not 1. Long story short, by the time I made it back to ask for a Manager, a really nice Manager came out and gave us 3 movie tickets for any movie we wanted to see. That's when I knew Rachel was being cruel for no reason, or her own personal reasons. Thank you to the MANAGER that finally came to help. I believe his name was Michael.
