Nice place to grab food and rest from long driving!

点评：We were on our way for a day trip to Ise (where we visited the Grand shrine and old street, which you can refer to my earlier reviews) and enroute to Nabana no Sato, our driver guide stopped by this place for our meal break.
The service area was bounded along the expressway but it occupied quite a large area where visitors can have a decent and cheap meal here. There were several food stalls ranging from selling local specialties to ramen, rice and bento etc. There's also souvenir shop, mini-supermarket where you could grab some fingerfood and snacks and a playground here.
It was quite crowded when we arrived as it was almost lunch time. So you find a table and decide what to eat, before paying via the vending machine. Afterwhich you would pass the ticket to the stall staff and they would hand you an electronic queue tag. Once your food were ready, the tag would sound and you may proceed to the stall to collect the food. (and after eating, do remember to return the trays)
We ordered the charsiew ramen and teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The portions were huge and prices were reasonable (700~850 yen) as usually at service areas, prices tend to be higher. The food were so yummy and nice. And the good thing was that both cold and hot tea were available for free.
After our satisfactory meal for about 40mins, we continued our journey to Nabana no Sato to watch the winter illumination! (do check that review I have written earlier on)
