Erik is Accessible Before, During, and After a Tour!!

点评：A little more than 3 months before our arrival at Westin, I contacted Erik via text about arranging airport transfers from LIR and an excursion for 4 adults. He responded immediately, and we booked plans for our arrival and the excursion.
Fernando picked us up perfectly at the airport, and we had a 1 hour commute to the resort.
The 12 hour excursion to Rio Celeste started at 6AM with pickup from Jeffrey on Day 4. We stopped at a little diner for a quick breakfast, continued on to a coffee and chocolate tour, Rio Celeste, an Ecological Farm for sloths, Llanos del Cortes waterfall, and a final stop for a little shopping. It was a long, but wonderful day! Jeffrey was the absolute perfect tour guide...very aware of keeping all of us happy, comfortable, and safe.
Once on property we met Erik down on the beach. He was easy to find in his blue Google shirt. We talked to him about a sunset cruise with Lazy Lizard, and a taxi to Brothers of Ale Brewing. We did the Brewery trip on Day 3 and the Sunset Cruise on our 6th night.
On departure day our transfer arrived exactly on time and got us to the airport in an hour.
Erik responded very quickly to any text. He was rapidly able to book our trips for us. The night before the trips he texted specific details, and after we returned from the trip he texted to make sure that we were happy with everything, and that the people doing the tours did everything that we wanted.
It was such a relief to know that Erik was easily accessible before, during and after our trip. It was like having our own personal concierge.
I highly recommend booking with Erik if you are staying at the Westin and looking to do some excursions off of the property. You will be glad that you did!!
