Avoid S-Cape for your next cycling adventure
S-cape Travel的点评
点评：Avoid S-Cape for your next cycling trip. Our trip was successful mostly because of the incredible scenery that the route in Northern Spain provides. I would not choose S-Cape again for a number of reasons.
# we had problems with the bicycles from day 1 with our panniers falling off many times everyday no matter how carefully we secured them with extra zip ties due to the poor design of how they are attached to the bike frame. One bike also had an electrical short one day which delayed us 3 hours while it was repaired.
# GUIBO - the navigation app that S-Cape uses is absolutely worthless. There are so many serious flaws with the app that we stopped using it on Day 2 and relied on Google Maps to get to the next destination for the rest of the trip.
# We were promised 3-star hotels and above and we even told S-Cape that we would pay extra for upgraded accommodations. We ended up staying in a few 2-star places that weren’t exactly what we were expecting after a hard day of cycling.
# S-Cape nickeled and dimed for extra charges such as having too many bags to deliver to the next destination. (If we had put more of our stuff in panniers, they may have fallen off even more often than did.
