Poor service from Tourism de Paris

点评：Online paris tourism tickets are an absolute disaster. You download an app and then apply for tickets to gain entrance. They tell you to download the app, and then you are supposed to apply for your chosen picks. If you don't and turn up with your email Qr code thinking that is all you need, then the disaster gets worse.
Booked the Eiffel Tower no access with email qr code, and when I went to the information desk at Eiffel, they said go to the hotel de ville and get your ticket printed out, really! Went to hotel de ville only to find it closed, and the security person said guess what, but go back to trocadero and get your e ticket printed out.
So I emailed them. Well, let's say 6 times because the button for group applications does not have a send button, so you don't know if they receive any messages?
Eventually, I gotta an email concerning the louvre entrance time at 3.30. The place closes at 6 pm and the Eiffel Tower on Friday the 16th, the day I go home, really a waste of time.
BUY YOUR TICKET AT THE ENTRANCE IF IN PARIS.
Also tried getting into the pantheon with the paris app great I thought just click on the app and hey presto e ticket on mobile, so off I went expecting to gain entrance and guess what it was closed not a word of information from the tourist office that you would not gain entrance to this venue. The security officer said, "Why don't you come back sometime after the 25th?
So if I was really fit, maybe I should have skipped around the structure like the Israelis blowing my trumpet, and maybe the gates might have opened no chance!
SO DONT BOTHER THE PARIS TOURIST OFFICE BUY YOUR TICKET AT THE ENTRANCE OF YOUR VENUE BUT GO EARLY OR ON A SUNDAY!
