点评:Definitely a moderate hike with insane views. It was pretty much uphill the whole way there, downhill was arguably more challenging with the stones. Don’t just stop at the lower view point, the upper view point is so much better. For an extra 30 minutes, it’s absolutely worth it. We managed to catch about 6 avalanches on the mountain across from where we were.
Bring a good pair of hiking shoes, the terrain is uneven and we walked on rocks and through various rivers that were running through the track.
Important for driving there: We came on a day with light rain, we also had heavy rain the night before - there are fords (rivers) that run through the road to get to the carpark (some fords had water levels further than knee deep). We had a 4WD and the water levels were too high in some places. We had to park up and walk from one of the fords - I truly wouldn’t recommend any small vehicle or a 2WD to get through to the carpark. The weather is always temperamental in these areas, so while it may be ok on the way there, you don’t want to end up stranded there long the way back!
