点评：We looked online at foot golf, all slots were showing available. So instead of booking we drove the 10 mins to the activity centre, as walk ins based on the website stating we can do that. Nobody was in the activity reception room. We rang the door bell and rang number stated on the door if no one was present, No answer for nearly 45 minutes when we did get through the lady on the other end said she will try get hold of someone. During that time of trying to contact someone we booked a slot anyway as we thought they may be out on customer activities and waited in the wildwood cafe until someone answered or appeared. Our slot was for 12:40. Someone from the activity centre turned up at 13:00 and said someone else will be here soon and they will sort you out in a passing comment. He walked in the cafe and sat down leaving standing around waiting. Another 5 to 10 minutes pasted and someone turned up open the door and said what you doing today. No real care or politeness to see if all was ok. We just grabbed are footballs , scorecard and went over to the course. So after 1 hour and 20 minutes we finally got somewhere. There were no other people waiting, most activities were pretty dead. The foot golf course was good we enjoyed that. Shame about the service or lack of it!! What’s the point of walkins or booking if you ain’t going to check if paying customers are waiting.
