点评：Sadly, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the water park has noticeably declined. There was black residue on the steps leading into the wave pool, and white chemical buildup was visible on many of the fixtures and water park decorations. The floor pads were torn and stained in several areas, and the concrete was visibly dirty.
The food options at the water park have also been reduced, with very few healthy choices available. I really missed the greek salad they used to offer.
What ultimately sealed our disappointment was receiving a late afternoon text informing us that the water would be shut off. As a result, all dining options on the property closed early. This disrupted our evening plans at the water park, as we had to rush to shower and find food before everything shut down. There was no communication afterward about when the water was restored.
I would have appreciated a gesture like a late check-out to compensate for the inconvenience, but none was offered. Overall, the experience felt impersonal, with most services being automated, and there was no follow-up communication from staff.
