点评:While the lounge itself is clean, stylish, and offers quality food and services, we were disappointed to discover that day passes are sold to non-business class passengers. Unfortunately, this led to an overcrowded environment with some individuals sleeping without shoes, eating messily, and leaving trash behind.
If the lounge is intended to be a premium space for business class travelers paying a higher fare, allowing anyone in for $135 completely undermines the experience. It felt more chaotic than exclusive, and we ultimately chose to leave and wait at the gate, which was actually quieter and cleaner.
If Fiji Airways is looking to generate additional revenue, they should consider operating a separate lounge for day pass holders and preserve the premium experience for their business class customers.
