In 2022 I contacted seven different trekking companies in Kathmandu. On This Trek, I had planned the route and daily distances. The companies returned with a quote, I chose the one that felt the best for me and my wife. The trek was to the Tibetan border at Nangpa La Pass. A combination of Tea Houses (bed and breakfast) and camping. Adventure Serpa Tracks was the right choice, this company did a fantastic job. we were met at the Airport at midnight by the Owner of the Company Lakpa Sherpa, He helped us collect our bags, and a driver with Lakpa Sherpa drove us to the hotel to ensure everything went smoothly. The price they Quoted was inclusive for the entire trip. Other companies had additional expenses, such as food at the Tea Houses. This adds as much as $25 to $50 per person a day. This gets expensive on a 30+ day trek. My wife and know this because this was our second trip to Nepal in the Khumbu region. Our support team consisted of a Guide, a porter, a Yak master for the four Yaks, a cook, and an all-around helper/Porter. food on the camping portion of the Trek was sanitary prepared, and delicious. A menu consisting of traditional Nepali dishes and Western food. The tents and equipment were well maintained. You want to see some scenery that will amaze you, and walk the ground that has never been touched by the foot of mankind. Then this is the trek for you, with this company. You are trusting your life with the company you choose. I can vouch for this company. At the end of our trek back to Kathmandu, Adventure Sherpa Tracks arranged to have a guide take us around to see the historical sites around Kathmandu. Being there the year before and having a guided tour already, we thought we had already seen what there was to see in Kathmandu. Our guide, Sushil Suwal was funny, knowledgeable one of the best Guides we had the pleasure to have for a day trip. He Took us to places that truly amazed us. We had not seen these places on the previous tour, what a wonderful experience. I can not say enough about this company how great they are. I can not finish this review without thanking the people involved in our trek.

Ngima Tend Sherpa- A Guide with over 55 years of experience in the Khumbu Region. Fantastic Guide and person, we had so much fun with him. He made us feel safe every step of the way. He is one of the most knowledgeable in the Khumbu Region.
Ngima Kancha Sherpa-Guide/ Yak Master. High-altitude Guide, and Yak Master. In the off-season, they transport goods with his Yaks assisted by his wife. We can not say enough about this man highly qualified Guide, and Yak Master. He was very helpful and kind not only to us but also to his Yaks. I was so lucky to have him on our team.
Prabin Kulung- Guide/porter a Guide for over 5 years of background guiding, chose to be our porter I apologize to Parbin for the kit bags being so heavy. The reason he was our porter was the region we were going to. Parbin loves Being a Guide and said “A Guide must see as much of the Khumbu region as you can”. A great person and Guide. Incredibly helpful.
Furgelje Sherpa- The Cook was always tentative to our needs. He is an outstanding cook. He was not just a cook, he also helped everybody when they needed help.
Sanche Tamang- porter/ camp helper. One of the happiest and
most helpful individuals I have met. Every morning during the camping portion of the Trek. He met us with hot water for washing and hot coffee. He was happy even when he was carrying 50 kilos uphill, he probably weighed 55 kilos.
In Thame, there is a Tea House named Tashi Delek. the owner's name is Ang Sonam Sherpa. A great place to take a break enjoy some delicious food And rest. The owner assisted in organizing the upper regions of our trek. He is a wonderful person with a beautiful family. His wife is the cook and prepares delicious food every time
