Simple hike, small waterfall!

点评：CELL SERVICE: only at sugarlands visitor center.
FOOD/DRINKS: none at sugarlands visitor center.
Free water stations: yes free water fountains by visitor center/restrooms.
RESTROOMS: yes at the trailhead, to the left of the sugarlands visitor center.
Restrooms easy to find: YES.
COST: Free, just have to pay for parking!
PARKING: RULE in national park- if you park less than 15 mins, don’t need to pay. This trail is longer than 15 mins- PAY at the kiosk outside the sugarlands visitor center with credit card- remember your license plate number!!
amount of parking: LOTS of parking at sugarlands visitor center.
WORTH IT: go for the hike on a well marked trail, not to be impressed by very small waterfall.
Benches to sit on: some big logs along the way you could sit on.
LENGTH OF TIME spent here: 45 mins- 1 hour round trip of walking on GRAVEL path. 5 mins spent at falls. Water stream along the way for anyone to walk in.
Perfect time of day to go: anytime.
For Kids/Couples: everyone!
WALKING/STAIRS: trailhead starts behind restrooms. Easy walking. Some stairs. GROUND IS UNEVEN. Not handicap or stroller friendly.
Need to bring water: YES!
Sunscreen: soo much shade from trees. Don’t really need!
Special shoes/clothes: bring extra clothes, towel, and shoes if kids play in stream.
Bag/purse restrictions/lockers: NO LOCKERS.
