Natura Vive的点评
点评：Pickup was punctual and the drive through the sacred valley was scenic.
When we arrived the guides were professional and explained clearly what to do. Our energetic teens were at the head of the pack. Although our guide gave the youngsters autonomy to lead, he constantly checked in on them and looked out for those at the back , ensuring no one was struggling .
The equipment provided was not brand new but were well maintained.
After the activity, we were dropped off at the main square in Cusco. After alighting from the van ,my daughter realised too late that her phone must have slipped onto the floor of the van. Her phone was still on the van.
We contacted Natura Vive via WhatsApp and their response was almost immediate. The driver was contacted and he dropped off her phone at our hotel. This is really extra mile service that is prompt.
Mucho gracias to the max !!
