点评：We visited at the end of November with a 9 year old believer and a teen, this was our first visit and had a great time, though I do think some things could be improved.
I’ve read a lot of reviews on here and other platforms of people complaining about the experience, some who have been every year since the beginning of time and don’t like changes and others who clearly just paid a large amount of money with no idea of what the experience was all about. It baffles me people pay so much money with no research. People complaining parts were muddy when you are in a forest in the winter??
Yes this is a really expensive activity but when you look at what you get from the invite to the present to leave under the tree, free ice skating etc etc I really do think it’s not too bad.
All of the staff we interacted with were amazing, when my son asked for photos with some of the elves he wasn’t rushed and others elves ran to join the photo which was lovely.
I’m not sure on the numbers per time slot, there were a lot of people but it didn’t feel overcrowded, that was something I was worried about. The toy factory and kitchen were really large so we didn’t feel crammed in.
Yes it’s not all perfect, the teddy my son was given to build in the toy factory was already built ( we told him it was a reject from quality control and had to be redone). I think my only negative comments were when we were taken to see Santa we passed children coming out so you could see the toy they were given, which would be such an easy fix and not spoil the surprise. Also there is a lot made about entering Lapland with the portal and door but when you leave it’s abit like yeah walk through the forest and see you later, very underwhelming. Did these things spoil the day? Not really, would we go again? No because for us you only do this thing once. Would I recommend Lapland UK? Absolutely
