点评：If you’re visiting Parma, and want an unforgettable taste of Italy, Stefania’s Cooking Classes & Tours is an absolute must. From start to finish, our day with Stefania was pure magic.
We began with an incredible Parmesan Reggiano factory tour, watching wheels of the world’s most famous cheese being crafted and aged — the aroma alone was heavenly but the tasting was even better. Next, we visited a Parma ham factory, where Stefania’s deep knowledge and passion for local food traditions brought everything to life.
The highlight of the day was visiting her charming country palazzo, where we tasted her own family’s balsamic vinegar straight from their private battery of barrels — rich, complex, and unforgettable. Stefania’s warmth, humor, and enthusiasm made us feel like old friends rather than guests. She is genuinely one of those people who radiates joy and hospitality.
We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and a newfound appreciation for the beauty of Italian food culture. We can’t wait to return — next time for one of her famous cooking classes!
