We have booked Chardham trip from May 10th to 21st, and for two reasons we have cancelled the trip (India Pakistan War Situation, We are 4 ppl and aged above 50 the chopper is not booked). The Person ARUN SHARMA confirmed upon cancellation we will receive the refund in 15 days and it's been more than 45 days, there is not response to the calls, and emails. we have also enquired the contact in the portal and it's not related to the EUROPEAN KONNECT. ARUN is absconding and has switched off the phone. we have escalated to the cybercrime and reported to commissioner office in Lucknow. I request all to not opt EUROPEAN KONNECT for your travels, they are fraud company. please share this inform to all, I will also broadcast in all govt sectors as have contacts in ARMY and police dept. pls pls don't go with this company. and save u r hard earned money.
