点评：The atmosphere is a brewery (ie, industrial) with exposed brewery equipment. The accoustics are really terrible with sound echoing from every direction; There was an annoying game being played on the second floor with the MC sounding like either a horse race annoucer or a muffled announcement in an old train station, Really bothersome to those on the first floor. Everyone like the selection of beer and the small menu was good "pub grub." You order your own food and beverage from at a counter, like you would at a fast food place. You then have to walk all the way around to the kitchen to pick it up when your food is ready. It' quite a distance. Here's the kicker: Even though you are picking up you own food and beverage, they present you with an electronic bill asking for a tip ranging between 15-20%. I had assumed they would delver the food since they wanted a normal tip. This tipping for self-service has to stop. We all felt duped. The prices deserve something better than self-service. $15 for six wings. Pulled pork sandwich and burgers for $17. The food is prepared very quikly and was all good, Here are 2 suggestions: You download the mneu from a QR code imbedded in the table. Why not have software when you actually order the food from the same program to avoid having to go up to the fast-food style counter? Second, food runners could easily deliver the food to the tables. There were staff people alreay employed to clear the tables.
