The boat of le boat that was supposed to be the best one ( HORIZON ) is in terrible shape . I cant imagine the others.

点评：We started our trip at 5 pm , bye 5:30 our boat was off. Right entering the big canal. We managed the segurity of our family, just by the fact my husband knows how to sail ,as we have a boat and sail every weekend, but it was a terrible experience , and most of all i was really shocked by the response of the people on the phone , just so chill, i imagine it happends very often.
They told us the first time in the morning we would have help. The help came, but its 5:30 pm and nothing has changed.
We have been calling 2 hours on repeat to the office , and nobody wants to answer. And obiously, we cant live a message.
We are boat & sea people, we live in cancun a very very turistic place, and know how to take Care of Boats, but most of all how to take Care of our customers. And not picking up the phone , knowing our situation , is being a really bad person, as you dont Care about people who trusted in you and, in your Company.
Never try le boat.
We have a big big problem.
We have been calling 2 hours on repeat. And nobody wants to answer. And obiously, still cant live a message.
We are boat & sea people, we live in cancun a very very turistic place, and know how to take Care of Boats, but most of all how to take Care of our customers.
