A Heartwarming Haven for Donkeys

点评：We visited this donkey sanctuary and clinic run by a lovely family, and it was such an amazing experience. They rescue injured wild donkeys, look after them, and release them back into the wild. Some can’t survive on their own, so they’ve become permanent residents, living out their days happily and safely here.
The wife of the clinic was there when we visited, and she was super friendly. She told us so much about the donkeys and the struggles they face in this area — some of it was really sad to hear, but it made us appreciate the work they do even more.
What’s even more fun is that each donkey has its own personality — and most of them are total sass and drama! It’s hilarious watching how they act when they see food. You can even feed them chickpeas — a cup is just 100 rupees, and all the money goes straight towards taking care of them. They also have ample space to freely run and roam around within the enclosure, which is amazing to see.
They even have a room if you want to stay over, plus a little forest area set up for BBQs and photo shoots to help bring in more income for the sanctuary.
Honestly, this is a must-visit if you’re in the area. You’ll get to meet these sweet, innocent animals and know that your visit is helping them live better lives.
