Amazing customer service and itinerary working Kevin L and Evasion Tropicale

Working with Kevin Labbe @ Evasion Tropicale for our Palawan trip has been an amazing VIP experience!
When I contacted him in August ‘23 through Travel Local, he answered all of my questions and created a customized package with pictures and a daily itinerary for 7 days. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to handle anything.
So the pictures I shared show where Kevin’s itinerary took us and Evasion’s 5 star customer service!
From Albert picking us up at our hotel and bringing us (with our luggages) to Intramuros, Pao’s amazing tour at Intramuros, to Albert picking us to go to MNL… then hotel shuttle van picking us up when we arrived in Puerto Princesa.
Next day, Kuya Joseph the driver and Gello, another amazing tour guide, picking us up to bring us to the Underground River registration area. Unfortunately, we had a 4 hour wait because cruise ship passengers had priority over us with the underground river tour so Gello had us eat lunch, and we opted to do an additional zipline tour before the river tour. So glad we did it in Puerto Princesa because the zip line excursion in El Nido was closed this week.
Both of these excursions were a once in a lifetime experience!
Fast forward to the next day and our Tour C island hopping tour was so fun. Weather permitted us to go to all 5 locations but only get off the boat for 4. Mark, Mack and the Captain were super great hosts and we enjoyed the time island hopping.
On the final day with traveling back to California… we even had Albert pick us up from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1. That was smoooooooth.
This was VIP service from start to finish. If we or friends plan a trip like this again, I will contact you, Kevin.
Communication with Kevin via WhatsApp during our trip was awesome. He was responsive and took care of every issue as it came up.
I highly recommend using them if you want to relax on your detailed itinerary vacation.

在返回加利福尼亚的最后一天……我们甚至让 Albert 从 3 号航站楼接我们到 1 号航站楼。非常顺利。
