I am not driving one hour to this place ever again

点评：My friend and I got there with great expectations. First time for me. Last year another friend gifted me an out of this world pie from them and since then I wanted to go and buy a few. So, today was that day.
Drove an hour, got there, saw the “farm” and thought “this is pretty small”. Oh well, I was there for the pies. Went inside the gift shop, cute, but overpriced. Went to the cafe, immediately felt very disorganized. We finally figured out we would have to order first, pay, and then seat outside or inside. Nobody came to say anything except for “what can I get you”. Sight! We grabbed two drinks from the fridge, noticed a few salads on an almost empty “ready to eat stuff” fridge, and decided instead to get two egg sandwiches with bacon, that had to be ordered. We did the line, waited approximately 20 minutes, the cashier never came, there was a group of three people before us waiting for the cashier talking to maybe one of the owners, like they definitely knew each other, and hi to this other one, and another one… but no cashier. The guy at the bakery area, which happens to be right next to the cashier asked if anybody needed anything from “ his area” only. Still no cashier to take anybody’s food/lunch order. We asked him about the cashier, and were told they were pretty busy. I wanted to buy a pie but felt disgusted when saw a few flies on top of them. So, after 20 minutes on line, feeling very disappointed about their lack of customer service, we decided to leave. Where was the cashier? How is it that nobody cared about clients waiting to order? How is it that with so many people /staff walking around not one cared!
We then went to town and had a great pizza.

开车一个小时到了那里，看到那个“农场”，心想“这农场也太小了吧”。好吧，我就是冲着派来的。我们去了礼品店，很可爱，就是价格贵了点。去了咖啡馆，立刻感觉很混乱。最后我们想明白了，我们必须先点餐，付款，然后才能坐在外面还是里面。除了问“你需要什么”之外，没有人过来问我们什么。真是眼熟！我们从冰箱里拿了两杯饮料，注意到几乎空了的“即食食品”冰箱里放着几份沙拉，于是我们决定点两个培根鸡蛋三明治，这得另点。我们排队等了大约 20 分钟，收银员一直没来，在我们前面有三个人在等收银员，他们可能和其中一位店主聊着天，好像他们彼此肯定认识，还和这个店主打招呼，又和那个店主打招呼……但是没有收银员。面包房区域的伙计正好在收银员旁边，问有没有人需要“他那一区”的东西。仍然没有收银员来接受任何人的食物/午餐订单。我们问他收银员的情况，他告诉我他们很忙。我想买一个派，但看到派上有几只苍蝇，感到很恶心。所以，在排队 20 分钟后，我们对他们缺乏客户服务感到非常失望，于是我们决定离开。收银员在哪里？怎么就没人关心等着点餐的顾客呢？怎么这么多人/工作人员走来走去，却没有一个人关心！然后我们去了镇上，吃了一顿很棒的披萨。
