Tiny and disappointing
The Spa at Ellenborough Park的点评
点评：Disappointing. My friend and I booked the Bloom and Bliss day spa package. The spa is tiny. There is a room with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and 4 sun loungers which is tiny and boiling - too hot to sit in for long. It wasn’t the warmest day but we went to the outdoor pool which is impossible to find and also tiny and was full of screaming kids.
The only other spa area is the juice bar which is also tiny and dingy and sells coffee that looked to be from a Nespresso machine for £5. I honestly don’t know where you would spend the day in winter.
The massage by Lana was lovely.
The lunch was very nice and the cocktails were delicious.
I noticed the spa is nominated for an award - i wouldn’t be too disappointed if I’d used it as part of a hotel stay, but it was really really disappointing as an expensive spa day.
