Very disappointing
The Spa at Ellenborough Park的点评
点评：My friend and I live in Cheltenham and were given a voucher for a spa day.
I’ve been to the hotel several times for events or lunch but never to the spa. All I can say is how disappointing! The spa area is absolutely tiny. We had nowhere to sit because all of the six loungers had been taken so perched on a hard wall. The steam room wasn’t that hot and the jacuzzi was tiny so had to wait our turn. The water was also like warm.
The locker room was also small
and every time I wanted to get into my locker, I had to call the receptionist in because the combination to open it wouldn’t work. There was also only one shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a Juice Bar and a relaxation room. Both rooms were cold and didn’t really feel like a spa environment. The whole place looks like it could do with a refurb.
I had a full body massage by Chloe and it was fantastic. She applied the right amount of pressure and I felt very relaxed.
The two course lunch was also very nice with a good variety of choice.
I’ve been to much nicer spas in the area and wouldn’t return unless it was just for a treatment.

楼上有一个果汁吧和一个休息室。这两个房间都很冷，完全没有水疗中心的感觉。整个水疗中心看起来都需要翻新一下。
我做了全身按摩，按摩师是Chloe，感觉很棒。她按摩的力度恰到好处，让我感觉非常放松。
两道菜的午餐也很不错，选择丰富。
我去过附近很多更好的水疗中心，除非只是为了做个护理，否则我不会再来这家。
