Low effort from party host & hard to locate at numerous times throughout the party.

点评：Booked for my twins 8th birthday party - over all poor communication among staff, arrived to the party room with a sign on the door with one of my children’s names wrong, I let staff know and the apologised & changed it & got it wrong again- even though they had a note of it written with the correct names. Paid over £200 for what felt like a very rushed experience with a party host that would have more enthusiasm at a funeral. Unable to locate the party host through numerous times throughout the party time, who at one point was hiding under the front desk when we were looking for her for a knife to cut the cake. Games were promised at the beginning - the games turned out to be a scavenger hunt where the children had to hide wrist bands amongst the Ryze complex but the hunt never seemed to go ahead & I couldn’t understand the concept of the children hiding them but then also having to find them?? The children were promised a “a shout out” on the mic where the party host said happy birthday etc to the boys but that they’d also be able to say something but the mic stopped working half way through so that didn’t happen with no explanation or effort to even fix the problem. Overall there was just a couldn’t be bothered vibe from the party host & I feel it would have been better without her there - I would recommend to Ryze that they employ staff that actually enjoy the presence of children with an enthusiastic spirit to host a party rather than people that just need a job simply to pay the bills. Overpriced food, poor staff communication & a poor effort on making my children feel special for their birthday.
