点评：Daughter purchased tickets for my 3 Grandchildren but unfortunately there was a fire in the building and they were not allowed in. This of course cannot be helped but there has been no communication or refund as promised. To prevent further disappointment I purchased 3 memberships but found I could not book a session for them online so contacted them, they were closing and refused to offer any help so I phoned again early in the morning and made a booking. When we arrived I was told only one child was booked in and the assistant seemed to think this was funny, couldn't care less and said we had to wait until 3.30pm, I insisted I speak to the manager and the issue was resolved but what a disappointment. I understand there will be teething troubles but with a few attractions unfinished it was not a pleasant experience and I feel the opening was premature.
