We celebrated our daughter's birthday on August 30 at 12:30 PM, and our experience was absolute hell. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on anyone.
We ordered a portion of nuggets and two different pizzas to be ready at a specific time. In the end, our order was simply lost and forgotten! The kids finished jumping, came to the table hungry, and there was no food. We had to wait 40 minutes for it. When the food finally arrived, they completely forgot to bring the nuggets, and instead of two different pizzas, we were given two identical ones.
I was completely humiliated in front of 13 children and 26 parents. You can't even imagine how it feels as a host when your guests are sitting hungry just because the staff showed utter negligence.
At the reception desk, they apologized and promised to refund £50. But that wasn't the end of it—we've written to their email multiple times since, and no one has returned the money or even bothered to reply properly. Complete lack of accountability, a ruined celebration, and disgusting service. I do not recommend this center for hosting important family events!
