点评：Been coming to Big Cedar for family vacations for over 20 years. We love the resort. However, the worst part is Fun Mountain. Every time we come here we are disappointed by something. There are often attractions not working. When we spoke with staff they just cited a policy that everything is subject to availability. No real empathy.
Seriously, if there is something specific you want to do, call ahead and be VERY detailed about what and when you want to do. We wanted to do the ropes course and were told it was open until 9pm. We showed up at 8:03 pm and were denied. They stop selling access at 8pm. The staff at the desk just watched our sad kids and did nothing. Just cited policy, but no details about that were posted, nor did they say anything when we called.
The bowling is bad and the machines frequently have issues.
The restaurant is frequently understaffed and slow on service. This week we were given 90 min wait times while about 50% of tables were un-used. The food is also very good expensive relative to the quality.
I’d recommend spending your time and money elsewhere. There are far better options in Branson.
