Mixed experience with Evergreen holidays cab service

点评：For our recent Kerala trip, Evergreen cab was arranged by Make My Trip. We had a mixed experience with the cab service. We were offered with a decent cab which was clean and well maintained. The cab driver was soft spoken and punctual. However, he did mislead us on number of occasions.
- We wanted to explore local Kerala food but the driver told us that authentic Kerala food is not available anywhere. He stopped for food at only those restaurants where he had nexus rather than stopping when we were hungry saying we cannot get good food other than those places where he was stopping.
- The driver was too concerned with the traffic around the assigned sightseeing places in Munnar. He convinced us to go with alternative sightseeing places which were not good.
- In one of the occasion when we asked him to cover an additional place which was on the way, he demanded additional amount saying it requires rerouting of 10Kms (to and for) which was not the case as per google maps.
- On multiple occasions he was reluctant to get directions from google maps saying it doesn't work well in Kerala.
Overall the trip was good but it could have been better if we had a driver who was considerate with the guests requirements rather than looking his own comforts.
