点评：We had three flying lessons booked with PFT and had paid in advance. These kept being cancelled and we couldn't re book due to "unforseen circumstances" as posted on their office door. Began to feel rather fobbed off. Requested a refund due to service not being provided and then major alarm bells started ringing. Refund repeatedly refused. Lady in the office promised Ray would call us back as she wasn't authorised to issue a refund. Zero communication. Promise of a response to emails and they don't come. Went into the office to ask for a refund as this was my son's money and he's only 14, to be told "I can't give you a refund because it's outside of business hours and I'm not actually here working." Despite him literally sitting in front of me: working. Looking at other reviews, it's clear that there are big issues here and I would steer massively clear of this outfit. Unfortunately, my 14 year old son is £600 out of pocket. I think if someone is willing to rip off a child, that gives you the measure of them. Months later and still no communication and still owed money.
