Come for lunch, stay for the wine

点评：We have visited many vineyards in the south of England, but had never been here before.
It is just off the Hawkhurst Road (B2244) just south of Cripps Corner.
There is a reasonably large car park as you enter and then you walk down the hill to the main building.
The building was far more impressive than we were expecting from our initial impressions and has a nice modern feel to it.
Being a cafe/restaurant it is free to enter.
We went inside to get some menus and check out the drinks options. The food smelt great, so we decided on the spot to have lunch.
We ordered and then sat outside in the courtyard.
Being a Thursday, it was only us there, which is a shame, as it was so pleasant.
The service was friendly and speedy.
When the food arrived we were very impressed with the portions.
We really enjoyed it, along with their wine, but couldn't finish it, so they provided us with some takeaway containers.
Given the quality and quantity, it was really good value.
