Superline 1 from Richardsons is our favourite boat yet!

点评：Fantastic 11 days on Richardsons Superline 1.
We’ve been boating on the Broads for a number of years now and we’ve tried a number of boats and I have to say that the superline 1 was our favourite yet.
We were looking for a lower height boat this year so that we could get under more bridges which is why we chose this one and it did not disappoint- All bridges (with the exception of Wroxham and Potter Higham) were an absolute breeze.
Inside the boat there was a comfortable amount of space for the 2 of us and our 2 boxer dogs. I have seen reviews about this boat that said it was too small and doors were too tight etc- to be fair we did have to duck to go through doorways but what do you expect on a low line boat? We found it to be perfectly fine and the way they have organised storage space was exceptional. The 2 sleeping cabins are lovely and compact (cosy feel) , beds were comfortable, 2 stand up showers were also handy! The living space and seating area is also comfortable and the split roof was perfect to let the sun and fresh air in whilst still protecting from and wind. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the equipment we needed (we prepare and eat the majority of our meals on the boat). Now and stern thrusters made for easy handling and great access on and off the boat no matter where you moor or what the tide is doing. Also very good heater that kept us warm all night in March weather.
