点评：The booking process and payment went very smooth; Kay was always responsive on all matters.
We received a much used but very well-maintained, strong and reliable vehicle capable of mastering all streets in Zambia. The absolute mileage remained unclear. It was equipped with a quite new very robust roof tent. As we had our own sleeping bags and cushions with us, we enjoyed good night’s rest. The cooler was clean and large; the brand-new battery maintained it at a temperature of 8° C for more than a day. Because there were problems with the battery, the car was ready half-a-day later than agreed. Bushride team used this time to fill up some missing items from the equipment list. The kitchen equipment and gas cooker were complete and as expected. Make sure to have your own first-aid kit with you, the one provided was negligible. But this is a standard recommendation for a 4x4 self-drive tour in Zambia. As it is to bring your own set of tools, tapes and wires. The tool-set provided was quite useful, but somewhat limited.
What really upset me was that when I intended to change a wheel it came out that both spare-wheels were useless because the valves were broken. This I something you don’t want to experience in the National Parks. So, instead of traveling the spinal road through Kafue NP we took the direct road to the next town to get our tires repaired. At least, Kay was very helpful in finding the next tire service. Once we were stopped at a check-point and it came out that one of the required car licenses had expired. Here again Kay was immediately available at the phone and could resolve the issue online. A damage we had caused to the car was handled very generously.
In summary, we had a reliable and strong vehicle that allowed us to travel an unforgettable fortnight over those difficult streets of Zambia. All unforeseen events could be mastered with support from many friendly and helpful people.

总而言之，我们有一辆可靠而坚固的车，让我们在赞比亚那些崎岖不平的街道上度过了难忘的两周。在许多友好而乐于助人的人的帮助下，所有不可预见的事件都迎刃而解。
