点评：We arrived early, having decided to take the train and then walk from Ambergate station.
Upon arrival the staff were lovely and friendly. We grabbed a couple of coffees and were taken through to the tasting room. Here we relaxed infront of a roaring log fire and awaited the clock hitting 11am, so we could start our tour.
The tour was well organised and informative. The guide was not 'just' a guide, but actually the lady who makes all the wonderful gin, rum and whiskey. She has a vast knowledge of the distillation process, came across proud and confident, and could answer any questions that were asked.
We finished back in the tasting room, where we enjoyed a couple of whiskeys, a rum and two gins.
There was no rush to evict us at the end and we enjoyed browsed the gift shop. Due to the weight of glasses/bottles, we decided we will return in the car to buy a few items for ourselves and as gifts.
