Went in for breakfast at the weekend went upstairs found an empty table when a member of staff asked me if I could move because they decided to give this table to someone who had a pram when they were already seated downstairs, which is a good location for someone who has got a pram. How rude when I have disabilities myself and showed the staff member my blue badge. I found this humiliating and degrading. The manger spoke to me the following Tuesday saying he had heard about the situation and the staff member was crying to him when she actually admitted to me it was a miss communication on her part. I gave the manager the true version and he replied that's not what I heard, at no time did he ask if my wife or myself was ok, we were still having a conversation and he just dismissed me and walked away. I said I wouldn't be coming back in again if you treat people with disabilities like this with no respect and he said well that's upto you.
