Beautiful cafe, poor service

点评：Beautiful cafe, view of NaghsheJahan sq from the second floor, away from the crowds below. You enjoy the view and the cool breeze. It’s a very pretty cafe. The price and entrance fee was 400T per person for drinks only. Unfortunately nothing else beyond that left a good impression.
Please be aware, access to this second level cafe is not for people with mobility issues due to extremely narrow steep stairs. Also in the evenings, bathrooms are locked so guests have to leave the cafe and use the public restroom downstairs which is a bit of a walk. Very inconvenient.
The biggest let down by our experience was the response and interaction of the hostess in the front counter when we left the cafe. Sour demeanour and speaking ill of guests loudly within earshot. Poor service.
