点评:We walked it in mid-August on our way to the Fiagdon Monastery.
There's a lot of "natural" parking places nearby, with the best ones being under the cliffs, so one should cross the road to get to that path (I wouldn't call it risk-free, by the way).
We were welcomed by a smiling country lady who politely said that the entrance fee was RUR 100 per head. It's a bit more than one buck; we paid it but then wondered what the hell we had left our money for (especially since we got neither a ticket nor a receipt).
One way or another, that short itinerary included a deserted brown bear cage, a narrow track with rails, a view of the Kadarvagan canyon with the Fiagdon river rushing through it, two flags (the first one of the Russian Federation and the other one of Northern Ossetia), a staircase, and a dead end. All those niceties one could observe absolutely for free, though under a slightly different angle.
Still, recommended.
