点评:A terrible experience!

A trip to a beautiful place but with an agency I would advise against for the following reasons:
1. This whole inclusive trip was very expensive for the quality of the hotels and food provided. Most of the hotels and restaurants of choice did not match the hygiene standards and the food provided was very low quality compared to other hotels and restaurants in the area. The choice of the hotels and restaurants as well as the constant concern about the well being of the motorcycles from the owner of BMA, gave the impression that BMA’s and Roland’s (the owner of BMA) main concern was to cut down the costs for them even though as previously stated it was a quite significant change for this trip.
2. Upon arrival we were asked to sign a contract detailing that we have checked the state of the motorcycles and that we are responsible for any damages, in advance of seeing the motorcycles. When requested to see the motorcycles first, we were told that unless we sign the motorcycle trip could not take place.
3. The motorcycles were old and not well maintained. At the end of the trip, two riders were charged for damages that were nearly impossible to be caused during the trip so they were pre existing.
4. Roland the trip leader and owner of BMA, was very rude and inappropriately mannered. Problems occurred daily throughout the trip caused by him and his behaviour. Demanded our respect without being respectful himself, treating adults ( age range 30-60 y.o.) like we were children.
A terrible experience that I will feel upset about for a long time.
