点评:My 6-year old was drowning quite literally at the feet of a male teenage lifeguard and the lifeguard didn't react whatsoever. My older son saw his brother underwater (thank God) and grabbed him/lifted him up and over to the edge of the pool. My husband and I ran over upon seeing this and were confused about what was going on because of the lifeguard's complete lack of response. My older son kept saying, "No one was caring, no one was caring." My 6yo was belligerent and started puking up pool water on the sidewalk. Only then did the lifeguard get up. A supervisor (I'm assuming) came over to say she sent the boy lifeguard to get a clean up kit and cold water for my son. She didn't ask us any questions, didn't say anything else to me or my husband. We were both trying to help calm my 6yo and understand what had happened, so we didn't ask the lifeguards any questions. Frankly, I would expect ANY employee to ask us if everyone was okay because there clearly was a whole scene happening. But they didn't. And that was our first (and last) experience at Splash. Shameful. Hopefully their staff doesn't get someone killed; not everyone has an attentive big brother.
