Birthday disappointment.

点评：We booked a party for a 6th birthday and it was a shambles from start to finish. We called up the customer service for Jump inc and we’re told that we could arrive 30 minutes before the party was due to start to decorate/set up. When we arrived our room was still occupied and we were told we could not access the room until 12:30/1pm even though our party began at 12. This was then pushed back again and again until 1:20pm when we were forced to use another room downstairs as the party was supposed to end at 1:30pm and none of the food had been served. Once we set the new room up and started serving, we were told that only 4 pizzas were prepared to serve the 15 children we had. After complaining again we were provided with 1 extra pizza and 2 portions of chips. The children were given a chocolate bar each as an apology after this. We were incredibly disappointed with the lack of organisation and that this party had turned into a disaster as soon as we arrived. We shall not be booking another party here.
