Fantastic holiday, great with fantastic staff.

点评：We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. This was probably the best hotel we have stayed in all of years travelling throughout the world. The hotel is very large but easily navigated with the rooms, restaurants and reception all in easy walking distance. The grounds are well maintained and looked after daily.
The main buffet restaurant has a large variety on offer which suited us so dined there every evening. Also Lounge 24 and reception area was ideal for small snacks, sandwiches and cakes etc.
The hotel staff were excellent from the room maintenance, waiters, bar staff to reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble and always served with a smile also politeness. Drinks were well known brands also a great choice of draught and bottled beers.
Plenty of sun beds available but some guests were putting towels on one lot of sun beds then adding towels to other beds sometimes taking a total of eight beds for four people. Management should place signage within the pool areas instructing guests that this is against hotels rules!
I must mention by name some of the staff that made our holiday even better. I did have the names written down but have mislaid my list but will try and remember.
Evening waiters:
Antenor, Martyne, Isidore and all the others who worked tirelessly serving drinks with great conversations and joyful personalities.
Main Buffet Restaurant:
Leonardo, Nico and the female waitresses who were very attentive at all times. Not forget German at the pool areas.
All in all a fantastic holiday staying at a fantastic hotel with the most welcoming, polite and friendly staff.
